I'm going to lean towards no. In the occasional thread, where people ask which AV to use, Trend Micro is never mentioned.
If you're in, or going to be in, an environment that uses Trend Micro, it might be worth taking a look at. Miscellaneous certs like that will never hurt you. I'm just not sure how much it will pay off; you might be better off spending your time on something else.

Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

Have you ever looked at the list of vendors you can take test for on Prometric's site? It's pretty crazy. There were a few companies that offered certifications that I didn't even know were still in business.
