I want to know when we are going to get some Techexams.net T-shirts.

There is no place like 127.0.0.1 BUT 209.62.5.3 is my 127.0.0.1 away from 127.0.0.1!

That's my favorite; it's therapeutic. I've actually come across a few random people who knew what it was. The sad part is, sometimes people know just enough to know it says something, and then you have to explain it to them. They usually aren't amused. -
KGhaleon Member Posts: 1,346 ■■■■□□□□□□I agree with the techexam T-shirts. We also need some kind of contest, with a free shirt signed by all the admin/mods.
Free stuff = goodPresent goals: MCAS, MCSA, 70-680 -

Webmaster Admin Posts: 10,292 AdminWell, I can be short about this: If you guys want TechExams.net T-shirts, we are going to get TechExams.net T-shirts. I have some experience with cafepress and I do have a high res version of our logo. Let me see if I can come up with some over the next week. We can do a contest to come up with fun/cool and relevant slogans for on a shirt, winner gets the shirt free and a $50 max book from Amazon. More info will follow soon.
And thanks for the suggestion Netstudent. I receive an increasing amount of requests for donate option and I guess this would be a suitable option. I'm preparing a major upgrade for next month, so the timing is good too -

That's what I'm talking about!!

Haha. Did I win already?

How about, "It's time to upgrade that MCSE NT4 cert," or mikej412's tagline, "Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set!" -
Webmaster Admin Posts: 10,292 AdminToo bad "got root?" and "No, I won't fix your computer" are already on t-shirts.

Somehow I'd personally like a T-Shirt with MCSE NT4 on it... nostalgic.
As much as I love Mike's tagline, I don't think mentioning Cisco would be a good idea. Before you know it there will be some sensationalists mailing Cisco for an obvious answer whether it's allowed or not
"got w00t!?"
Keep the suggestions coming people, I will split off this topic soon. -

A+. It's more than a grade, it's a certification.
TechExams.net - be certain about your certification. All things are possible, only believe. -
Slowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 ModHow about this on the front:
CERTIFIABLE
And the TechExams.net logo on the back.
Peronally, I prefer black shirts with white text, but that's just me.

The CCIE - sometimes being just another number is a good thing

Webmaster Admin Posts: 10,292 AdminAlthough I prefer not to use anti-braindumpnisme (yeah, it's a movement ) for promotion I really like Mark's first suggestion. Should be fun to see which guy's face turns red after reading it. I think we should provide those free to trainers.
As for the color, the flexibility of Cafepress is what makes it so suitable for merchandise like this, after I upload the graphics you can choose from different products with the graphics and text including different types of shirts, and of course the coffee muck.sprkymrk wrote:A+. "The CCIE - sometimes being just another number is a good thing" also a clever one. It would probably get not-techies interested in CCIE.
As you can see at the bottom of most pages at TechExams.net we can't just use the name CCIE. However, with suggestions like these I definitely worth a shot getting there permission.
I'll split of the topic to a Sticky in the General Certs forum tomorrow after I had a second look at Cafepress.
And if CERTIFIABLE isn't used (too often) yet then I definitely think that's a winner too.
Oh and I have another suggestion myself, something only TechExams.net members will understand:

It seems to be about woodworking, not networking. I'm guessing they're referring to the woodworking routerThe only easy day was yesterday! -
