Which path to go?

I have 4 years experience of pbx adminstration on Mitel and avaya. Experience with dialer system that use CTI applications---should i try to get my ccnp first or the ccvp

I would think the best path would be to go for the ccna then the ccvp. You have phone experience seems no brainer
