This is a simple question I would like to know
In exchange server 2003 is there a way to view email items , like from the system manager or anything?

If you mean specific emails, I don't believe so. However you can grant yourself access to a particular mailbox and view it in Outlook. -

In Active Directory Users & Computers...Choose the selected user...open up properties...Exchange Advanced....Mailbox Rights....Add your user account...click full mailbox access....apply
Then in outlook goto file...Open other users folder
That should be all you need to do...

hey thanks for that thats the easiest and simple way didnt realize it was that easy and to be quite frank i never notice that at all within outlook... pretty sad lolGrowth is limited.
