Word 2007 Office Button Disabled

Hiya,

We have a few user machines where they are unable to click on the Office Button within word 2007 (or any office app). Basically nothing happens when clicked on, so we can't access menus or word options.

Is this something that can be restricted via a Machine Policy? I didn;t think it would be possible to disable Word Menu buttons via GP.

Tried logging on as local Admin to, but still the same.

I've seen this a couple of times but it was usually associated with the product not being activated.

Thanks for the reply. I'm assuming activation is not the issue, as this is within a large coorperate environment. Then again..........
