Most readable ONT book?

I'm looking for a good, readable ONT/QOS book, as I'm just beginning my studies on this topic. The less dry, the better. Sometimes Cisco books do a good job with this, sometimes not. Does someone have any suggestion for what is better?

    I can only say I purchased Cisco's Official Exam Certification Guide (by Amir Ranjbar), and it is surprisingly small! it's only 10 chapters and 350 pages. I just started reading it so I can't tell you how good it is.
