how to create a virtual router

1- can u create a virtual router in vpc2007
2- if we connect a router to the system will
the vpc pick up the router in its hardware list ...

in virtual pc? not that i know of..


however, you can use software like dynamips to emulate cisco routers.

or you could use RRAS and do it that way. thats if you are not intending to practice the cisco ios or anything. i use RRAS in vmware and it was good to learn for the 291 aswell.

but if you are wanting to practice cisco stuff then a simulator or the real kit are best.
