New Security Breach in Linux

I heard that a security issue has been found with the Linux os and I was wondering if anyone here has any information on the problem and how to fix the problem.

Linux has many security issues, but to its advantage there are far less people converse with the OS so the threat is diminished.

And apart from the linux OS itself, Apache, Sendmail, MySQL and pretty much everything that is available on Linux has security issues. Most versions out of the box are as leak as any Windows OS (the latter after updates of course )
