2950 switch question

Will IOS Enterprise 12.1.22 IOS on a 2650 switch support all the features for the CCNA? I still have a long ways to go before completing the CCNA, but I am almost to the point where I will need to begin some hands on training with a switch. I have seen a lot of threads about the router IOS's, but not a lot about the IOS's that are loaded on the switches. I read that the 2950 is the ideal piece of hardware, but is the 12.1.22 IOS the ideal software? By the way this is my first post and I would like to thank everyone on here for sharing all your knowledge and this by far one of the better forums on the net.

Hi;
If you need new IOS for your switch just go to cisco.com and you can download it for free, you don't need contract like router IOS.
Also a new version has been realesed but is not available for download yet:12.1(22)EA11
