Just thought I would share the good news. 
The bad news is the test center didn't have my test ready and tried to give me someone else's exam! They eventually got mine working and gave me my test 2 hours late!
I have always tested with Pearson VUE in the past and my first experience with Prometric was terrible! I can only hope I get a survey.
I used the MS Press book and the practice questions on CD-ROM.
