Can't go wrong with a Super 8

Cockroaches are complimentary as is the vomit you'll spew after eating the breakfast.

I prefer Embassy Suites. Pretty pricey though.

Best Western! I judge a good hotel by if they have an iron in every room or not.

Look for any motel next to a Denny's that the locals refer to as "Hookers and Pies."

Whenever I first had a contract job, they thought I was out of town, so they put me up in Marriot Residence Inn...full kitchen, living room, bedroom, Business center, wi-fi, etc. Pretty nice.
