Aquabat [banned]
hey i was in an interview today; we were talking about T1s and PRIs and stuff. and he used the term 'clean' about the T1. What does a clean T1 mean?

Clean - The opposite of dirty
Maybe he was referring to the fact they are more reliable than some other types of connections in terms of packet drops due to CRC errors? Line noise on a connection will generally cause the CRC to fail.

Maybe it means that no portions of it are leased out, as in the fractional T1.
CGN_Spec
A clean T1 means it’s not taking any errors. Not only CRC errors but unavailable & errored seconds as well. A clean T1 wont have any errors or line noise.
