Which switches should I know for the exam?

It seems the amount of switches alone can be mind boggling.

Which switches would you recommend knowing the most?

I think just knowing what they do would be good enough. Just to be sure check the exam objectives at microsoft.com

I would recommend knowing the switches for specifying an answer file, as well as the syntax for doing so. Make sure you know when to use each one, too.
