Having Trouble Downloading SDM

korszokorszo Member Posts: 31 ■■□□□□□□□□
I posted this in another thread, but didn't get any answers ... so here it goes again ... this is driving me crazy. I've tried three different computers.

Feel stupid asking this question, but I cannot download SDM.

When trying to download, the login box keeps coming up and I enter anonymous as UserName and my email address as the Password.

It doesn't accept this and keeps prompting me for the UserName and Password.

I am logged in with my CCO account.

Tried Firefox, IE enabled passive FTP etc. What am I missing?

TIA,

When the U/P box comes up you need to again enter your CCO information. When you get to the download page make sure to scroll down (where you will find the files) as they arent at the top. I had to navigate that page a couple of times before I found the SDM link

Did you try putting in your CCO login and password, rather than anonymous and your email as your password? Cisco probably spends more of their time keeping their documentation accurate and lets things like the SDM download page instructions lag.

Just tried it with my guest level CCO login and it let me download it. We'll see if they send me a bill for it (since I did read the download agreement). :D

    Thanks for the responses.

Major brain problems on this end...

My CCO Username & Password did the trick.

    Thanks again!
