Can anyone help me with how to figure out a root bige of a vlan? for instance, which switch is the root bridge of a vlanx? which show command can reveal the answer of this question?

If you have multiple Vlans, spanning tree will elect a root bridege for every vlan.

This is known as

PVST

per vlan Spanning tree
