Hi everyone
just completed Both A+ 2007 exams this morning (601 and 602).
Score where 860 and 880.
My employer required this one, so now its done.
I'm glad its out of the way !

Doom969 judging from your scores you probably didn't find the exams very difficult. I'm planning on testing for it in March, do you have any tips.

Yes, i did not find them very difficult.
I used the Sybex Fastpass book for 220-601 / 302 / 603 / 604.

I think the book did a good job of reviewing everything. Its a good book if you know the material from the blueprint and just want a quick refresher.

The exams I did (2007 version), had a bit of trivia (maybe 30%) but a lot of questions where just plain old common sense. If you take your time to read all the questions and the answers, everything should be good.

Like for any exams : take your time, read carefully, dont change an answer unless you can prove you where wrong the first time and relax !

Hmm i'd like to seat 70-299 sometime next week, I've been studying for this one on and off for a few weeks now. A good week of reviewing and I should be good. This will give me MCSE + S.

After that, i dont really know, maybe 70-236, maybe i'll throw myself in ccent/ccna ( started reading my incd1 book, couldnt resist ), maybe something else, a lot of things looks really interesting... (Sec+, Linux+, lots of mcts) Also maybe work will ask for a specific exam. (Thats likely to be Exchange 2007, tho...)

I always like to wrap an exam cause then I get to choose whats next !

Thats rediculous that they required it...did you tell them you were MCSE+ ?

Yeah well, they've been asking me to do it for some time, but I always have something more interesting to study for
Its a rule everybody needs to have it. We have a walk-in tech support facility thats service center for ibm / lenovo / LG / acer / etc... I dont work there, but they ask everyone to have it nonetheless.

Congratulations! I'm surprised that yo bothered with the A+ considering all your other certs. I only chose the A+ and Net+ prior to the MCSE track to get my feet wet before the harder material.
