Why aren't I being recognized as a MCSE?

I'm a NT 3.51 and 4.0 MCSE.
I was told by Microsoft that I could use my TCP/IP 4.0 and IIS4.0 electives towards my MCSE 2000.
I finished 70-210/215 in 2002 and finished up 70-216,217 and 221 in the last 3 weeks but my transcript says Im not an MCSE 2000?

I don't see them on the list here: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcse/requirements.mspx
Maybe things just haven't registered for some reason either. I'd just give them a call and see what they say. -
