How do you get a job and what are they looking for

Hi there
I am Network tech my work exprance is 5 years / unemployed for 2 years had to upgrade myself .. my education is Network+, A+ CNA, MCP, and server 2000 I'm one away for my mcsa also I have completed one semester of cisco Im completing the second shortly .. I am wondering what employers are looking for now day's in the job market are my chances good to get employed .. my location is in Canada .. need help thanks for your in put ..

Chances are better now than they were a few years back.
If you can complete your MCSA and CCNA, then you'll probably land a nice job. Keep in mind that employers will look for certs higher than entry level certifications (A+Net etc.). A good combination would be "your current certs" + MCSA,MCSE.
