Which backup method has the fastest restore time?

Mesaure Up says Differential.

Various technotes and sites say differential is faster than incremental but not which is the fastest out of all three...
If someone could clear this up for me that'd be great.
Btw. I think its Full backup as the other two require the full backup and additional backups to do the restore.

famosbrown Member Posts: 637Yes... a Full back up would be quickest to restore and would work if you perform Full backups nightly...however, this is the slowest form of backup as it will be backing up everything no matter what.B.S.B.A. (Management Information Systems)
