ICSW passed ! CCIE written passed !

marlon23marlon23 Member Posts: 164 ■■□□□□□□□□
Hello,

I have passed ICSW today with 969/1000. Also passed CCIE R&S written a week ago. Now I have to pass ONT to get a CCNP certification and already scheduled CCIE lab to get CCIE certification :)
I know it strange to sit CCIE written before the completion of CCNP, it just a company policy which forced me to do so..
It is quite nostalgic feeling to see that about 1,5 year ago I have made a post about passing CCNA, and 2 years from that I'll sit my CCIE lab :)
Wish I had some more time to support people around like it was during my CCNA preparation :)

Wish you a good luck.
LAB: 7609-S, 7606-S, 10008, 2x 7301, 7204, 7201 + bunch of ISRs & CAT switches

    Wow! Congratulations. Great accomplishment. You go, boy.

    So how much time have you had to work on your studies? Do you have to coordinate between job/wife/kids? Or are you one of the lucky ones who's single and can study to his heart's desire? :P

    Let us know when you get the CCIE lab passed. We'll throw you a virtual party here.

    I know what you mean man. I got my CCNA last April and when I passed the Composite this January I felt pretty accomplished.

    How was the ISCW? Where there any pitfalls that you can share with us? It's next on my to-do list.

    Study study study, and do play with SDM (also works with GNS3).
    Composite ? I used to think that is one is just for freaks :)

    It IS the one for freaks ;)

    I'm sort of peeved at how much SDM is used on the ISCW. I have no use for it and will never use it icon_sad.gif I hate studying for things I don't need and won't need, but I guess it's a packaged deal icon_cool.gif

    Congrats and great work. Good luck with ONT and the lab, later on! icon_wink.gif
    I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.
