Scheduled 70-290 for Feb 21st

I haven't taken a Microsoft MCP test since 2004, How does 70-290 compare to 70-210? I am using the MS Press "Windows Server 2003 Enviroment Self Paced Training Kit" and Transcenders as study aids.
