Good luck man. I'm studying for this sucker right now. It seems like I've been working on it forever. icon_evil.gif

Yeah, so...I sort of didn't study IP Multicasting NEARLY well enough. And that pretty much hosed me on the test. I was weaker than I thought on IPv6 and IS-IS, but I think part of that was due to being extremely flustered by the IP Multicasting.

However, now that I know my weak spots, I am confident that I will pass next time! I'm gonna schedule another one for a week from tomorrow, and hit the books hard on everything I missed!

Yah multicast was bigger than I anticipated. Just study the technology and you'll be alright.

There is no place like 127.0.0.1 BUT 209.62.5.3 is my 127.0.0.1 away from 127.0.0.1!

You will get it next time. It seems like Cisco likes to hit you in the secdtions you didn't think they would.... I know I was surprised a little on BSCI and BCMSN.

I agree, that Multicast part is rough.

Regarding IPv6 I would recommend reading the RFCs. They are short and quite informative. There is an old set of the RFCs and a new set. I read them both, these docs really helped me out to grasp IPv6.

    Good luck dude!
