Book for 70-284

I am starting on my Exchange Journey. I already have the Exam Cram 2 book, I was wondering which other book was to get for 284. The MS press Book or the sybex. I am going to try an get both but which one first? I know MS Press are pretty good but the reviews on amazon aren't so good about this book ,but they good for the sybex. So my Question is which one first, which one will help the most?
