CCVP or CCNP? which track is better in terms of job prospect

A person with less experiance but having CCVP

or a person with more experiance not having CCVP but have CCNP.

which one would be selected for a CCVP related job?

I'd say the person with more experience especially if they have VoIP experience. Some jobs though you may never get passed the screeners with out the right certifications though.
