Urgent help on IIS

I need help!!! I've had FTP server on my PC it was working ok until I’ve changed user name for default IIS user for anonymous logon and installed security update for IIS. I’ve reinstalled the IIS so now it’s got all user names by default but my FTP doesn’t work. HELP!!!!!! :shock

What exactly do you mean by FTP not working? Can you set up a connection to port 21, or does it not allow you to logon? Did you check the Event Viewer? -

sorry about that "xxx" I was trying how it works. Yes I've got port 21 fully allowed on my firewall but when I'm trying to log on as any one alse I can't I'm not allowed I have to enter my admin passoword lo login there are two users allowed administrator with full control and anuone witk limited permissions any way when I enter admin passw.. I can't delete or take control... HELP!!!
