SSCP or CISSP

Need advice..
I have experince in network security and is holding MCSE (Security) and other Comptia Certification. I am planning to go deeper in secirity and have seen that ISC exams have more credit in job market. Now I am bit confused..Don't know should I go for SSCP or CISSP. It is not the experinece requirement or exam fee.. I want to get it through the exam as I spending exam fee and have to fly to different province take exam and so don't want to fail.
Considering my experinece (not technically very strong in security)
Should I go for SSCP or CISSP or fisrt SSCP (as someone told me it will make me technicall strong in security) and then CISSP (as it is more focused on management)

Your suggestions are highly appreciated

That pretty much sums it up. Which direction do you want to go in?

Why don't you just do both?
