Does any one know if the test is going to be the same or will it be totally different next time I take it.

They have a pool of questions, and the test randomly generates the questions. You have a good chance of getting some of the same questions but you will also get some that are different. I studied the sections that I scored low percentages on strongly for about 2 weeks before I retook my test as I didn't want to wait and forget alot.
