The only thing that comes to mind is BrainBench. Many of their certification tests can be taken free of charge, but I'm not sure how "recognized" they are in the IT world. icon_confused.gif

Isn't the Juniper one free for a while? It's difficulty is probably as hard as Cisco because I think Juniper deals with the same type of networking equipment

I believe the Juniper will give a CCNA a free voucher to take the JNCIA exam, but I think they have to do it within a certain time period. Heck, I forget the details, I decided to skip it and proceed with the CCNP.

Oh really I see I wasn't sure how that worked thanks for clearing that up, I noticed your out in the Kansas City area. What's the IT market like out there?

Not nearly as good as it was a few months ago. Sprint just laid some people off, so that isn't helping matters. Back in August with just a CCNA people were banging my door down, I seriously couldn't keep track of all the leads I had. I haven't been searching lately because I'm doing work for Sprint right now, but just looking on dice.com it's definitely died down a little bit - at least for the Cisco jobs. I don't know how the Windows Admins are doing right now.
