MCP Question

How many test is required to get MCP certified can you just take one test? If so what is the exam number for that exam.

Can anyone help me out with this question.

Almost any MS exam will give you the MCP status. Some of the newer exams may give you just the MCTS or both the MCTS and the MCP status.

I am looking at taking my MCSA track so taking any one of those test makes me MCP?

According to the FAQ: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcp/faq.mspx

The exception to this policy is Exam 70-058: Networking Essentials. Passing this exam but no others will not qualify a candidate as an MCP.

So yes any exam except the 70-058 will get you an MCP.

Yes each one of those tests would give MCP, whichever you did first.
