Your experience has nothing to do with the objective, you should use a skills based resume design. Add a summary of skills that lists all the things you know how to do that pertain to the job you're looking at. Don't assume the person reading the resume knows what those certifications mean. Reduce your emphisis on your previous jobs and just show the employer, the job title and dates of employment. Get rid of the references furnished upon request, of course thy will be or you won't get hired.

Also you will need to tailor the resume to each job based on the skills they are looking for, but don't make stuff up.

DT is right about using a skills based resume. You need to sell your technical skills and downplay the irrelevant. Also I'm seeing more people get rid of the Objective statement in lieu of an overview of themselves, although this may not be appropriate for you since you are trying to get your foot in the door.

Yes it was a first draft, the finished one was so long it bored most readers to death and set a new world record for the total number of the word "I" on a single page.

But I think he won a Oscar Award for best screenplay and a Pulitzer Prize as well icon_wink.gif

Yes, I've done a lot of labs....

Then I would put a lot of the skills you learned in labs to spruce up your resume. It is lacking a lot of IT skills which could turn away an employer. Just make sure you put something like "lab studied in: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Exchange," or whatever skill the employer lists in his job description that you know how to do.

man, i´d suggest you mention just 1 work xp(the last one you´ve worked for) ´cause those aren´t related to the position, but you can do this in order to get the job =D :

put in you resume your´re interested for take the position, also don´t forget you´ll contribute to the company´s development. don´t forget it...so you can put some words about it.

i´m agree with the comments above, put some labs you´ve done; i think the rest is o.k

    success to u
    if i could, i would =D

    Resume 101

If you new to the field, then focus on your education, certification and other

If you not new to the field, then focus on your experience, certification and education

My meaning on "focus" is the top-down on priority and you sale the most important and valuable skill that you want to tell the HR/recuriter.

I think you need to acquire some relevant experience that you can put on your resume - whether it's an internship, volunteer work, or self-employed on the side.

Employers want to know what skills you possess - as has been mentioned, but they also want to know that you've actually done it before and know how to make stuff work without breaking things.
