Saving Outlook files

I need to save 322 inbox files and 100 contacts from Outlook. Help.

For Outlook XP or 03:

-File
-Import and Export
-Export to a file
-Personal folder file (.pst)
-Highlight personal folders at the top
-Check include subfolders check box
-Choose place to save file and file name
-Click Finish

Probably the same for earlier versions of Outlook, but im not sure.

Just walked one of my clients through doing that. Was the same on Outlook 97.

Don't forget to save your rules too using the Rules Wizard.
