I was wondering why nel said not here, as the CCNA forum on TechExams is a good as place to start as any!
I would recommend you pick up the CCNA Exam Certification Library and start reading.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

Another option is to subscribe to http://www.safaribooksonline.com
They have almost the entire Cisco Press (and other publishers) library online and the plans start at $9.95 a month.
I used it when studying for my CCNA.
