Are the Celeron's Socket 478's?
There are dual cores that are socket 478's but as for work thats dependant on motherboard and other specs.
Are you able to provide more information?
(My initial thoughts are proberbly not as im suspecting the MB not to be up to spec but reply with the other details none the less)Foolproof systems don't take into account the ingenuity of fools -

You should consult with the manufacturer of the board.IT guy since 12/00
Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands... -

better check with OEM if you are unsure. the chipset might not support the processor
