I use Outlook 2003 to connect to our Exchange server. Like Outlook Express, is there any way I can access my folders (inbox, sent items, etc) while I'm offline?

you can access outlook offline folders,is done in outlook by defining send/receive groups.
send/receive settings edit folders that you need to access while offline.
