Outlook, offline access

I use Outlook 2003 to connect to our Exchange server. Like Outlook Express, is there any way I can access my folders (inbox, sent items, etc) while I'm offline?

    Hi

you can access outlook offline folders,is done in outlook by defining send/receive groups.
send/receive settings edit folders that you need to access while offline.

Enable Outlook Cached Mode on your Outlook profile, then you should be all set.

Don't forget to be online when you turn on cached mode for the first time. icon_smile.gif

If you have exchange, why aren't you using Outlook Web Access?

I use my outlook offline all the time, great for preparing emails late at night, accessing contact details on the road, synching public folders etc. icon_cool.gif
