Labs from home!

In my 70-290 MS book, the labs are very basic, completing tasks such as, creating computer accounts, user accounts, groups, managing printers, assigning permissions, group policy and templates.
I need to do labs on tasks such as backups, shadow copy volumes, remote administration & terminal server.
Where can I get these labs from? (NEED URGENTLY)
Thank you for reading this post!

Honestly, a lot of the 290 material is pretty basic. It really is just the foundation for future exams. Don't worry, you'll have much more to do in 291. -
dax_kun Member Posts: 20 ■□□□□□□□□□You can use VMWARE to create your lab for this. You can then have hands-on practice with terminal server, backup, and other functions.
I've created my network with 4 servers and 2 clients with VMWARE. Thats where I do my experiments and testing. -

You could try using the MOC book for 2273 i think it is, its got some, I dont know where else you'd get lab exercises from. -

I was wondering what version and the cost of this software is? -

VMWare Workstation is $189, but they have a free server version as well: http://www.vmware.com/products/server/ -

I am thinking of getting VMWARE Workstation. Can I install servers on VMWARE Workstation Version?

Although, I believe you cannot install XP and 2000 Pro on VMWare Server (or at least, it's not supported). You can download 30-day evaluations of all their commercial products.
