has any one had this issue before, i have a vpn server the when i caonnect from any computer from the LAN it works just find but when i connect from the WAN it doesnt connect, i have pat set up on the firewall as 1723 for pptp and if i use my old vpn server it work just fine, has any one has had a way to fix this?

I don't think you can use NAT/PAT with PPTP. Similar question here:
