Thanks... I have been putting off getting my cisco certs for a while... I keep getting new toys at work so it has been hard to sit down and study... But have all next week off and don't think Cvoice will be that hard....

well im takin qos this month n it seems that cvoice is easier

It wasn't really hard... Just know the following and you would be ok..

Congestion Management
Congestion Avoidance
Classification and Marking

You will also want to read alot on Policing and Shaping... (I always have to think if its bytes or bits)... takes me a good 2 or 3 seconds to remember...
