I passed my MCSE 2003 cert in December and am still waiting for my actual hard copy of the diploma ! How long do they take to mail this thing ?

Your welcome kit should have arrived by now. You have to go on the MCP member site and request to recieve the welcome kit before they send it to you. If you have already done this I would contact Microsoft and see what happened.

Yes I have done this, but still nothing !! Hmmm I may need to drop them another email !

It took me exactly 1 month to get my MCSA 2003 Kit in the mail. It's only been a couple weeks for my MCSE 2003, so I'm not worried yet, but in your case... If I were you, I think I would be calling MS.
BTW, you can check you order status on the MCP page. At least you can check to see if they actually received the request.
I have also found that I was unable to order a welcome kit while using Firefox.... Maybe that's just me though.
