The answer is YES -- with the proper IOS version.

12.2( 8 )T or higher and IP Plus or higher. Search the forum. The link to the Cisco Doc with the information is posted here somewhere -- or you can search Cisco.com directly.

Or I can just copy it from a previous post and paste it here:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps259/prod_bulletin09186a00800921e4.html
802.1Q encapsulation is now available on the built-in 10BaseT Ethernet interfaces of the Cisco 2610, 2611, and 2612 with Cisco IOS software 12.2(2)T and subsequent releases. Although this feature has been available on the Cisco 2600/3600 series since the release of Cisco IOS 12.1(5)T, support was previously limited to Fast Ethernet interfaces only. 802.1Q is not supported on any other Cisco 2600/3600 series 10BaseT Ethernet interface.

You can check the Cisco IOS Feature Navigator, but it would usually be in the plus or enterprise versions.

Always good to go straight to the source for the right answer.

Monday's post I had incorrectly stated that 2610-XM's couldn't run the latest IOS's, but that was wrong - they can run more recent IOS versions.

The link to Cisco Doc about which routers support SDM is in this SDM on non ISR Routers thread

I'll update the CCNA FAQ with these Cisco Links when I get a chance.
