After you pass Security+, who do you contact for MCSE?

Assuming the Security+ is still an elective for MCSE I should have these exams passed before I pass the SEcurity+

When I complete the SEcurity+, what steps do I have to take to get my MCSE logos and credit.

I heard it takes longer since the elective was Security+ instead of official MS exam.
