Computer PING problem

I have a problem I can't PING a computer by its name or IP address but from the computer I can PING computers by name and IP Address, what can be the problem ???

undomiel Member Posts: 2,818Ok, I'm assuming that the computer can ping computers on the same subnet but other computers on the same subnet can not ping it? If that's the case then the firewall may be set to not reply to ICMP echo.
