Computer PING problem

I have a problem I can't PING a computer by its name or IP address but from the computer I can PING computers by name and IP Address, what can be the problem ???

Ok, I'm assuming that the computer can ping computers on the same subnet but other computers on the same subnet can not ping it? If that's the case then the firewall may be set to not reply to ICMP echo. Some more information about your network setup would help though.

It can be firewall but it may very well be due to other issues as well. Check out http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/63/ping_traceroute.html on how to troubleshoot such issue.
