I have been at a job for over 3 years and I have never had the official title for doing security work until recently, but I have been doing the job for 3 years in one of the Domains. My question is will I still be able to take the test and have the endorcement for the exam if I decide to take it since I have being doing the work legit?

I'm pretty sure the title is irrelevant if you've been doing the work. Just make sure it's documented and others can back you up. Even if you don't qualify, you can still obtain the Associate and become an SSCP once that requirement is fulfilled. What if I don’t have enough work experience?
Practitioners with inadequate work experience may achieve Associate of (ISC)² for SSCP by passing the same SSCP examination Upon successfully completing the SSCP certification experience requirement, you will receive a certificate and ID card and hold the SSCP designation
