Passed 70-292 with a 700 on second shot. Failed on first attempt with a 592. Used Transcenders, Cramsession and Dave's notes. Thanks to all on TechExams forum.

    No, for now I'm happy with the 2003 MCSA.

    Well done.

    I'd say go for 296 while there's still time.

    The MCSE certification will stay with you for life, whereas I understand that Microsoft's new generation of certifications will expire every 3 years.

    It's got to be worth it to fit 296 into your plans.

    But the new Server 2008 MCITP certs are only going to expire after mainstream support ends for Server 2008 in 2013. Even then I think they are talking about it staying on your transcript.
