Passed with a 606. I thought i did better
I was surprised they asked two questions on IRQs. LOL, I thought I flushed all that knowledge after taking Core Hardware, but I still remembered. :P
other stuff i ran into:
minimum requirements for 2000
how to setup recovery console
how to make an ERD
how to make a 9x boot disk
XP boot process and files involved
upper memory
shadowing
swap files
benefits of NTFS v. FAT
attributes
which OS can see NTFS or only FAT types
converting FAT to NTFS
know where to find different utilities in different OSs
when do you need to turn off anti virus program
which hive file did a certain thing
how to fix a boot up problem scenario in XP
when to use safe mode vs. last good config vs. ERD
windows protection error
Task manager
Admin Tools, Disk Manager
Control Panel in XP
Dynamic Disks in a dual boot (9x. XP) scenario
stuff on network printers (scenarios with cant print, cant connect, slow printing)
subnet masks for different IP Classes
difference between SSL vs. HTTPS
APIPA and DHCP
DNS
... lots of trouble shooting scenarios !!
Nothing on differential, incremental backups. Nothing on
My results don't mention that I got anything wrong with network related questions. Makes me confident I will do well with Network+

sounds like you are well-prepared for network+A+ Moderator -

I just remembered, I had an XP question on troubleshooting and accessing different tools via:
Start--> Help and Support-->Use Tools (under Pick a Task).
I do not think the book i used--A+ by Grob/Sybex-2003--, even talked about Help and Support (or maybe i skipped that part), but luckily, i messed with it before and was somewhat familiar with it.
Btw, not on the test, but check out "New Command-Line Tools" under Tools after you clicked "Use Tools". Quite a few interesting ones like bootcfg to quickly see what's in your boot.ini, and getmac to display your NICs by MAC addr and what protocols are assigned to them.
