Locking my pc

Hi, I have a pc at work and the problem is when I lock it ( without logging of) I have a guy that relogs on to my pc, thus closing applications and losing work. I have asked him not to to this but alas no luck. Is there a way to lock the pc without logging off and only I can unlock it?

Thanks

I think ur scenario is a windows XP computer with multilpe users configured. The only way u can prevent another user from loging in and closing ur opened programs is by configuring the pc to have only one user name. If u want another user to share that same username with you, then that's fine. If you don't, then u must know the password only.

Unless he is in a domain, and it is an administrator who is logging him off.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll ask the administrator to close a user accounts on my pc so that only I have access to my pc
