are you given partial credit?

I cant find it on cisco website, if you have three choices , and you get 2 or one right are you given partial credit for it or is it all counted wrong ?

There is a link in the CCNA FAQ about partial credit on the SIMs -- but other than that, that's the only information Cisco has released about how they score their exams.

They don't even publish the passing scores for the exams, since they could change at any time -- so you only find out how many questions you're getting and the required score to pass when you sit down to take the exam. And that screen may mention that you could have some ungraded questions on the exam -- which probably means they are trying out new questions before they get added to the pool of exam questions.

thanks buddy i am taking it tomorrow for 640-822 and if I dont pass I will probably jump off a bridge. so wish me luck

Hey good luck bro! Let us know how you do.

Make sure you get a lot of rest before taking the exam. That means forget about pulling an all nighter trying to cram any last minute materials in your head as it will only confuse you more. Also, make sure you manage your time well. It is very important. If you spend over two minutes on most of the multiple choice questions, then you'll probably run out of time. And spend no more than 8 minutes on a sim question. I say 8 because you'll probably push it to 10 anyway.

Most of all don't underestimate the power of prayer - whatever higher being it is that you pray to.
