Finding their faq on dcse.dell.com is a bit confusing but here's what you're looking for:

    Q. How many tests do I have to take to become DCSE?

    A.
If you want to certify in Desktops, you will need to take the Associate V5.0 OptiPlex, Associate V5.0 Dimension and Associate V5.0 Workstations.
If you want to certify in Servers, you will need to take the Associate Server V5.0 Part 1 and Part 2.
If you want to certify in Portables, you will need to take the Associate V5.0 Latitude and the Associate V5.0 Inspiron.

I believe that is all rolled up into the Foundations exams now though. They aren't really clear so you're best off shooting them an e-mail.
