There is a Q&A and Product Bulletins on the
Cisco IOS Packaging web page
. There's even a document that walks you though the above picture one box at a time.

There was also one for the Switch IOS images in one of the bulletins on that Cisco IOS page I linked to.
I thought about posting it, but the color schemes clashed.
