Study Material for MCITP?

I am new to microsoft certification and I am looking for study material for the MCITP: Enterprise Adminstrator certification. I am actually not sure if I am going to go after "Server Administration" or "Enterprise Administration" but the first two exams for both paths appear to be the same: 70-640 and 70-642. So I went to amazon and found self study guides for these exams but they are not out yet, I could only pre-order them. My question is does anyone know when these will be available or am I simply looking in the wrong place and there are alternative self-study guides?

SA 70-646 - April 23rd
EA 70-647 - June 18th

Also, if you're going to for the Enterprise Administrator, you can use the 70-620 Vista exam for that. You might want to start there if you're new to MS certifications anyway. It also shares some features with Server 2008, so that will give you a head-start with that material as well. By the time you finish that, resources for the other exams should be available.

Also, Syngress books, such as those that sthomas linked to, can often be purchased as cheap PDFs directly from Syngress, just FYI.
