I need some Technotes on performance monitoring.

This seems to be my weak point so far...

do you have the MS-press for 290 or 291? I thought they did a good job

really: , I know for sure on 291, but could've sworn 290 covered it even more...

also check MS website too. I found that helpful.

Oh I see how it is. My word obviously isn't good enough

Also, the 291 book does cover it, but I don't think it's as good of a reference as the 270/290 books. 291 seems to focus on monitoring items specific to 291, such as DHCP, DNS, etc. I think you get a more comprehensive introduction to it earlier on.

+1 I recall really getting my hands dirty with counters, alerts, etc in the 290 exam...
